Orphan Works bills in the House and Senate

Public Knowledge Policy Blog reports on the bills and Georgia Parker of the Center for Intellectual Property at the University of Maryland has a thoughtful discussion at ©ollectanea blog. Govtrack has the House Bill 5889 and Senate Bill 2913 and lets you subscribe to newsfeeds about them.
