Prof. Pierre Schlag of the University of Colorado School of Law recently published an article in the Georgetown Law Review entitled Spam Jurisprudence, Air Law, and the Rank Anxiety of Nothing Happening (A Report on the State of the Art) in which he compares current legal scholarship to air guitar: "On the one hand, air guitar produced no real sound.
