Online Terms-of-Service agreements

Well, there's at least one person who scrolls & reads the fine print before clicking that "I agree" button. Valleywag has blogged about the "most laughable" terms of service agreements online. Google's gmail agreement, for example, has this language: "Google reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all Content from any Service."
