The ABA section on IP law is starting a new subcommittee on Computer Gaming and Virtual Worlds and is looking for members who'd like to help form ABA policy in this new area. They're planning to hold virtual meetings "in world".

The Science & Technology Section has a similar, though differently positioned, committee as well. I am one of the co-chairs of that committee. You can find it at:

I suspect there will be some overlap in membership, but the different sections have different purposes.
