The Wall Street Journal reports that Congressional leaders and the White House have agreed on a bailout bill after negotiating all weekend over the measure. The "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" is available in draft form from the Wall Street Journal ; the Chicago Sun-Times has a good summary of the draft bill (from last night).
