Dropping 23 Spots in US News : interview

The Wall Street Journal Law Blog has an interview with Makau Mutua, the Dean of the University at Buffalo Law School, which dropped 23 spots - from 77 to 100 - in the US News law school rankings.

name spelled incorrectly. it should be "Makau Mutua."
