Inside Higher Ed has
an article describing how the Washington and Lee Law School has dramatically changed the 3L curriculum. The 3rd year of law school will now consist entirely of experiential courses in which students will do work that is equivalent to the work done by lawyers. The president of the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, which last year
published a report critical of the curriculum in US law schools, praised the school for adopting such a dramatic change.
